  ‘Ruben’ met ‘Mary’ when he was blind. Ruben was able to see Mary by touch, smell, hearing and taste. He could feel her beauty by all his senses, except view. To Ruben, Mary`s scars were felt like flower of ice and her lips were looked(imagined) like color of Rose. They were falling in love with their eyes closed. His fingertips were the channel to meet her and His hearing made him to imagine her beauty. There love was like Anderseon`s fairy tale. It looks like that Mary`s love melt Ruben`s frozen mind. Ruben was getting to know the warm heart. But it was not only his change, but also she changed to be positve herself. Their love cured each other`s sorrowful mind.

  In the middle of the story, Ruben opened his eyes by surgery. But Mary afraid to be seen her ugly face to Ruben and decided to leave him. She didn`t believe that fairy tale is happened in real life.

 

  After he got sight, he saw the all things of beauty in the world. But he couldn`t see the true love. And finally they met in the library and Ruben saw Mary`s face with scars. Mary ran away again because of the sense of shame about her face. When he backed to his home, he pierced his eyes. The reason is that Love is not visible thing to him. Maybe, Beauty is seen rather when we closed our eyes.
